Wonderful Watermelon Juice


Watermelon, sweet treat that is, is in fact 90 percent water, making watermelon juice a wonderfully hydrating low-sugar beverage, perfect for sipping generously poolside, keeping you cool and comfortable. Look for watermelons that are heavy for their size to ensure maximum juiciness.

Make about 16 ounces

4 cups watermelon chunks

Run the watermelon through a juice. Pour into glasses and serve over ice if you'd like, or pour into a container, cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
